We Found three comments on the internet.
"When running Genie software in TIMS for Audiology, users
will occasional experience issues with the task bar at the top
of the screen "disappearing". This is normally a result of a
lower resolution setting (ie 800 x 600) and can usually be
resolved by changing the resolution to a higher setting (ie 1028
x 768) through the "Display" option in the Control Panel."
