• Longevity (Been around for many years now.)
• Now owned by "Computer's Unlimited"

Cons:

• Mandatory $50 per month service fee (this includes access to support and upgrades. The fee is not unreasonable, considering how much other industries charge for similar help.)
• If a customer stops paying for support no further software updates or support will be provided.
