Pros:

• The most affordable of all leading Audiology Software we have found.
• Tech support is personal and excellent by Au.D. audiologist and 25 year experience dispenser.
• Obviously written by those who have walked in our shoes.
• Easy to learn even without the free 37 training videos.
• Used by EPIC Hearing, Widex CA and the Starkey Foundation along with the Shea Clinic and many University Audiology Departments, from Stanford to Harvard.

Cons:

• At $4845, it's still a lot to come up with for many small businesses
• $150 FileMaker Pro fee per computer (after the first five free licenses) to network and allow full customizing ability
